Job summary

Mazda Motor Corporation is seeking a District Service Manager to serve as the main interface with Mazda dealers. You will help dealers enhance customer experience, grow service revenue, and improve retention and repurchase loyalty in line with Mazda BVM philosophies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience; 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; 3+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service, retention and profitability.
• Assist in action plan development to improve customer experience and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analyses and reviews to drive revenue while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
• Review reports and customer feedback to identify gaps and implement best practices.
