Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience, with 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive experience preferred.
• 4+ years overall work experience; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Valid Driver's License for state of residence (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and profitability.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and recommend best practices; assist in action plan execution with dealers.
• Drive increased service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory sales through consultative guidance and marketing support.
• Assist in market-wide service and parts marketing plans and initiatives; ensure dealer compliance with policies.
