• Collaborate with dealership management to execute action plans for customer experience and service retention.
• Perform profitability reviews with dealership leadership to drive revenue and control costs.
• Review reports and customer feedback to identify gaps and apply best practices.
• Advise dealers to drive service traffic and increase wholesale parts and accessory business.
• Support marketing messages and dealer merchandising across platforms.
• Contribute to national and regional service and parts marketing initiatives.
