Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales of WIX FILTER and other products in the greater market. You will lead account development, provide sales leadership and manage relationships with customers in a remote capacity.

The role requires up to 60% travel, strong English communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent outside sales experience. Travel flexibility and a valid license are necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong ability to manage sales goals, negotiate, plan and solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% locally/regionally.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain prompt, accurate communications via telephone, e‑mail and reports.
• Develop discount structures and promotional programs understanding.
• Manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in customer business reviews and planning.
• Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate sales, training and customer meetings.
• Maintain customer-service standards and resolve issues professionally.
• Evaluate market trends and competitive information to inform sales growth.
• Complete custom catalogues for fleet accounts.
• Support new store setups and inventory relocations.
• Extensive daily travel within district.
