Zusammenfassung

MANN+HUMMEL GmbH is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Support to lead a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service from a remote Texas location (Remote) or onsiteGoleta, CA, depending on residence near an airport. This role drives regional growth, manages orders, and nurtures customer relationships in core markets such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, and data centers.

The position requires 8+ years in customer-facing sales in manufacturing, 3+ years of leadership, and experience with filtration

Qualifikationen

8+ years of customer-facing sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of team leadership / management experience
Experience developing and implementing customer-focused strategies
Experience in filtration or membrane technologies is a plus

Aufgaben

Player coach managing accounts and a team consisting of Inside Sales and Customer Service
Lead regional growth plans and target accounts in key markets (Chemical, Oil & Gas, Data Centers, etc.)
Provide ongoing technical support and ensure high-quality customer service
Prepare and lead price negotiations for new projects and customers
Support market research and industry intelligence for growth
Develop and manage distributor relationships and KPIs
