MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales of WIX FILTERS and other MANN+HUMMEL products in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth region. The role focuses on sales leadership, account development and meeting annual quotas.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 65% domestically. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Excel is preferred.

• Ability to travel up to 65% (Domestic/Regional).
• Strong communication, presentation and training skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and budgets.
• Maintain prompt communications via phone, email and reports.
• Understand discount structures and promotional programs.
• Manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in business reviews and planning sessions with customers.
• Keep accurate records of activities and opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and accounts.
• Coordinate sales trainings and customer meetings.
• Maintain MANN+HUMMEL customer-service standards and resolve issues ethically.
• Analyze market trends and competitive information to drive growth.
• Prepare custom catalogs for fleet accounts and new store setups.
• Travel daily for in-person meetings and account development.
