Job summary

Mann+HUMMEL is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales of WIX FILTER and other Mann+HUMMEL products in the greater market area. The role requires sales leadership, customer development, and frequent travel within the defined district.

Responsibilities include managing quotas, customer communications, and using Salesforce CRM to drive growth. A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years outside sales experience is required, with strong English communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, OR 5+ years of successful outside sales experience.
• Ability to achieve sales goals with business management, customer management, negotiation, and planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Excellent English verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Up to 65% travel (Domestic/Regional).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives and annual quotas and budgets.
• Maintain communications via telephone, e-mail and written reports.
• Develop understanding of discount structures, programs and reporting.
• Manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate sales, training and customer meetings.
• Maintain customer-service standards and resolve problems.
• Investigate market trends and competitive information.
