Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Syracuse / Utica, NY area, a remote position requiring significant local travel. The successful candidate will work to achieve annual operating plans by enhancing distributor performance and recruiting new distributors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5+ years of field sales experience, and 2+ years in a management role, along with substantial skills in coaching and recruiting.

Formación

• 5+ years of route/field sales experience and 2+ years of management experience required.
• Ability to lift more than 10 pounds, including bending, twisting, and pushing.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual operating plan by increasing distributor route averages.
• Conduct Field Excellence Meetings every 60 days.
• Provide coaching and support to distributors via truck ride-alongs.
• Attract and retain distributors in the Mac Tools business.
• Conduct initial and ongoing training for new franchisees.
