Abbott seeks a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics, based in California with 50-75% travel. You will lead pre- and post-sales efforts to ensure implementation, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You will develop local strategies to grow revenue, build strategic partnerships, lead contract negotiations, and coach a high-performing team while upholding Abbott's values and standards in a remote-capable US district.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; medical devices/capital sales preferred.
• Experience in quality system-driven environment and regulatory awareness.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence team member activities and stakeholders.
