Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a District Sales Manager for the Core Lab Diagnostics business across Southern California and Hawaii. You will drive sales and profitability, lead Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, and develop strategies to win in the market.

Travel 50–75% is required; you will negotiate contracts, coach the team, build partnerships, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; medical devices or capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization; regulatory compliance awareness.
• Ability to influence team member activities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholders and customer dynamics.
