Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a District Sales Manager, Core Lab Diagnostics for the Southern California territory and Hawaii. You will drive sales, lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, negotiate contracts, monitor market activity, and ensure effective policy implementation.

Travel is approximately 50-75%. You will build partnerships, develop strategies, and coach talent to achieve revenue goals while fostering diversity and inclusion.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; medical devices/capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization.
• Ability to influence team member activities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Strong solution selling and relationship building.
• Superior communication skills.
• Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues.
