10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for BioPharma covering the US & Canada. This leader will recruit, coach, and scale a high-velocity team of BioPharma Account Executives, driving strategic market adoption of genomics solutions.

The role combines deep technical authority in Single Cell Transcriptomics, Spatial Transcriptomics, and NGS with a passion for sales mentorship, C-suite engagement, and district planning across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS).
• 5+ years in Life Sciences sales, marketing, or commercial roles in BioPharma.
• Proven track record in emerging Biotech and Small/Mid Pharma markets.
• Strong knowledge of AI/computational biology and single-cell/spatial transcriptomics.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a district sales team to meet quotas.
• Partner with Account Executives to close strategic BioPharma opportunities with C-suite.
• Develop and monitor district business plans for US & Canada.
• Penetrate emerging biotech markets with data-driven strategies.
• Maintain CRM discipline and forecast pipeline.
