Parse Biosciences is seeking a Technical Sales (Account) Manager to drive sales of single cell RNA sequencing products across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts. The role involves developing a sales strategy, collaborating with Field Application Scientists, and accelerating growth in named Key Accounts and territories across the United States.

The position is home office based with ~50% travel, requiring strong scientific and sales skills, and the ability to manage customer

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum field sales experience in NGS/genomics products or services.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage both high-volume and large complex sales.
• Develop, maintain, and grow repeat business while maintaining relationships.
• Prospect to generate short, mid, and long-term sales pipelines.
• Negotiate and close deals with minimal discounting and friction.
• Use CRM to manage and track deals.
