Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to provide aftermarket parts support to dealers/distributors in a multi-state territory. The role emphasizes sales growth, program implementation, and field leadership to improve dealer performance.

Candidates should reside within the supported territory and have a solid sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Salary ranges from $128,000 to $164,000 USD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA plus 8 years of professional experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office and strong analytical abilities.
• Strong sales background with a track record of performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more as part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Improve operational performance of dealer/distributor parts departments.
• Lead initiatives to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet standards.
• Conduct operations audits with corrective-action recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals and parts managers.
• Collaborate with headquarters and provide field intelligence on programs and market trends.
• Advise dealer/distributor personnel to achieve marketing and financial goals in parts.
• Develop annual business plans for parts with dealer/distributor involvement.
• Promote sales efforts and deploy DTNA programs (Excelerator Analytics, etc.).
• Monitor territory performance and adjust sales plans to hit targets.
