Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to provide aftermarket parts management support to dealers/distributors remotely. The role covers Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas, with relocation consideration to certain regions.

Expect a salary range of $128,000 to $164,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on improving dealer parts performance. Applicants should reside in the supported territory and be prepared to travel up to 50% or more.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent required; 8+ years experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of dealer/ distributor parts departments.
• Initiate methods to improve dealer/distributor behavior to meet national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations for pricing, cost control, and profitability.
• Develop annual business plans for parts with dealer/distributor personnel.
• Promote and support headquarters training programs and DTNA sales programs.
