Daimler Trucks North America LLC is seeking a District Parts Manager to support aftermarket parts sales and dealer performance across MN, MI, MT and the Dakotas. This remote role requires residence within the territory and collaboration with adjacent regions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA plus 8 years of professional experience or 3 years direct relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication, presentation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of dealer/distributor parts departments.
• Drive dealer/distributor behavior to meet national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct operations audits and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Build strong relations with Dealer Principal and Parts Manager.
• Provide field intelligence to headquarters on programs, trends and competition.
• Analytical review of dealer/distributor pricing, costs and profitability.
• Develop annual business plans for parts with dealers/distributors.
• Promote DTNA sales programs and participate in training delivery.
• Manage a large territory with ~30 locations.
