Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Partnership Development Representative to drive new business with school districts. This remote role operates within business hours of territories, focusing on booking qualified meetings.

You will perform high-volume outbound calling, follow structured sequences in HubSpot, and collaborate with Directors across districts to uncover opportunities and generate revenue.

Qualifications

• High-energy, results-driven sales professional
• Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or related roles
• Experience in education staffing, school-based services, or related field

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day after training
• Book qualified meetings for Directors of District Partnerships and PDEs
• Prospect into special education leadership and district stakeholders
• Develop new business with new prospects and former clients
• Use HubSpot sequences and personalized messaging with Territory Directors
• Follow up via calls, emails, and tasks
• Maintain CRM records with prospect activity and meetings
• Research territories and identify priority districts and decision-makers
• Re-engage missed meetings and follow up as needed
• Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and territory planning
• Collaborate with Directors, PDEs, recruiters, and operations teams
