Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Partnership Development Representative to generate new business with school districts. This remote, high-activity role focuses on booking qualified meetings and advancing revenue opportunities across assigned territories and service lines.

Ideal candidates excel at high-volume outreach, are persistent, coachable, and comfortable navigating district leadership. Base salary plus performance-based incentives align with sales-accepted meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales and appointment setting.
• Experience in education staffing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day after training.
• Book qualified meetings for Directors of District Partnerships and PDE Executives.
• Prospect into special education leadership and other district stakeholders as needed.
• Develop new business through outreach to new prospects and former clients.
• Use HubSpot sequences and personalized messaging with territory partners.
• Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and tasks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and territory research.
