Winebow seeks a results-driven field sales and marketing professional to grow wine distribution across the United States. You will develop strategic plans, analyze markets, and collaborate with sales consultants to expand our footprint.

This remote role requires in-person and offsite event attendance; travel within the territory is required. You will manage key accounts, monitor performance, and mentor staff while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Five years of field sales/marketing experience in wine is expected.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and build key relationships.

Mansioni

• Develops and implements marketing and sales plans to grow wine distribution.
• Analyzes markets to identify opportunities and threats, and shares insights with team.
• Travels to customer sites, attends events, and supports consultants to grow business.
• Manages staff planning, budgeting, and performance of direct reports.
• Ensures timely training adherence and accurate sales reporting.
