Dexcom Inc. is seeking a District Manager in the United States, based in the Chicago area. You will build and lead a district team, coach Territory Business Managers, and develop plans that drive market expansion and revenue growth.

You’ll oversee field execution with endocrinology and primary care stakeholders, strengthening relationships and accelerating business performance. You will collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to implement growth strategies, while championing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
2–5 years of management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team.
Coach Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
Develop and execute district business plans for growth.
Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, and health systems.
Collaborate with field teammates to strengthen selling skills and knowledge.
Leverage data and performance metrics to drive execution.
Develop relationships with key healthcare professionals and partners.
Coordinate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, and Operations to execute growth strategies.
Champion talent development and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and regulations.
