Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior District Manager to build and lead a high-performing district team and coach Territory Business Managers to maximize performance. Develop district plans that drive market expansion and sustainable revenue growth, while leading field execution across endocrinology, primary care, health systems, and provider networks.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training, and Commercial Leadership to execute growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Travel required: 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans that drive market expansion, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies, and diabetes education programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and enhance customer experience.
