Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to drive the Surgical Vision franchise across a multi-state district. This remote role supports Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Eastern Washington, with ideal residence in Denver, Phoenix or Salt Lake City.

You will lead a high-caliber team of sales professionals, manage budgets, and ensure quota attainment while advancing innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or United States Armed Forces with equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with proven leadership
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred and a valid US driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the assigned district geography
• Lead a complex team including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives
• Achieve and maintain quota across Capital and Consumables while driving team development and performance
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet district goals and initiatives
• Travel up to 60% as needed and reside in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT
