This remote role requires travel to markets within the assigned territory and collaboration with Sales Agencies to educate customers about Keystone’s Light Made Easy products. The ideal candidate will train distributors, build long-term relationships, analyze market trends, and develop territory sales plans with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to listen and respond to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training to agencies and distributor customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, agents, and end-users.
• Oversee and manage performance of independent sales agencies to meet goals.
• Develop sales plans with agencies and leadership to service designated territories.
