Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Distributor Territory Manager to join our remote sales team. You will support Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas and West Tennessee by educating distributors, agencies and contractors, driving product demand and upholding the Light Made Easy promise.

This role requires regular travel within the territory, strong relationship management, and collaboration with Inside Sales to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry is required.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training to Sales Agencies and Distributor customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents, and end-users.
• Oversee performance of independent sales agencies.
• Develop territory sales plans with agencies and leadership.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities with agents.
• Travel to markets to meet distributors and end-users.
• Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
• Attend trade shows and participate in events.
• Cold calling to develop new business.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales on opportunities.
• Advise product team on market trends.
