Job summary
Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking a Distributor Territory Manager to grow our presence in the Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, Memphis (West TN) markets. This fully remote role travels to within-territory sites and collaborates with distributor partners and sales agents to educate them on Keystone products and drive demand.
You will develop sales plans, train agencies, analyze trends, and manage key customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience in the lighting industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software; ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales training to agencies and distributor customers.
- Build long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, and end-users.
- Oversee performance of independent sales agencies; ensure targets are met.
- Develop territory sales plans with agencies and leadership.
- Analyze sales trends and advise on opportunities to capture growth.
- Travel within the territory to visit distributors and customers.
- Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
- Share market insights with product and sales teams.
