Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Distributor Territory Manager to drive product demand across an assigned regional footprint. The role requires educating distributors, sales agencies, and contractors about Keystone products while building lasting relationships and meeting sales targets.

You will travel in-territory to call on distributors and end-users, support agents, and participate in trade shows. A Bachelor’s degree and lighting industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training to distributors and agencies.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, and end-users.
• Oversee performance of independent sales agencies and partners.
• Develop territory sales plans with leadership and agencies.
• Analyze sales trends and propose strategies with agents.
• Travel to markets to engage distributors and end-users.
• Maintain contact with existing customers for orders.
• Attend trade shows and represent Keystone at events.
