Job summary

Keystone Technologies seeks a Distributor Territory Manager to drive product demand across Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, and West Tennessee. This remote, territory-based role requires regular travel to manage distributors, educate sales agents, and build strong customer relationships.

You will train agencies, develop long-term partnerships, and develop sales plans with leadership. Strong industry knowledge and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry required.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training to Sales Agencies and Distributor customers on Keystone products.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents, and end-users through exceptional service to drive demand.
• Oversee and manage performance of independent sales agencies to meet company goals.
• Develop sales plans with agencies and leadership for designated territories.
• Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and craft strategies with agents.
• Act as market expert on Keystone's products and pricing; report findings to management.
• Travel to markets to call on distributors, specifiers, and end-users; keep agents updated.
• Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
