Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least three years of experience in the utility industry. Responsibilities include managing team productivity, developing client proposals, and ensuring quality assurance of deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the utility industry, engineering design, or project management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Ability to negotiate and develop relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Provide technical leadership for engineering design and construction functions.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
