Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
• 5+ years in distribution design or project management
• PE license preferred; EIT/FE acceptable
• Experience with distribution design tools and standards
• Knowledge of NESC, client standards, and utility practices

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams of 2–10 engineers for overhead and underground projects
• Provide leadership and assign work, review performance, and ensure cost-effective staffing
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with policies
• Prepare proposals, engineering estimates, and execution schedules
• Support business development and client relationships
• Perform QA/QC reviews of studies and designs
• Travel as needed for project assignments
