Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years of experience, or alternative combinations (master's or PhD with varying years).
- At least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
- Experience in automotive or fleet management preferred.
- Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
- Excellent relationship building, networking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced team and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all assigned team members.
- Coach team on operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, and metrics.
- Monitor alerts and ensure optimal use of monitoring systems.
- Support personal development, motivation, and training.
- Conduct annual reviews and QIP measurements.
