Cox Enterprises is hiring for a remote leadership role responsible for managing a team of operations professionals within Cox Fleet and FleetNet America. You will drive performance, coach staff, and partner with HR on staffing and development while ensuring policy compliance.

The position emphasizes a high-performance, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on operational excellence in the automotive fleet arena.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members and monitor performance.
• Coach team on operational excellence, dispatch timeliness and metrics.
• Oversee alerts and monitoring systems to optimize processes.
• Support staff development, annual reviews and training.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, hires and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers and vendors to resolve events efficiently.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
