Cox Enterprises is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead the Cox Fleet team. The role supports a remote-capable, nationally distributed workforce, focusing on driving performance, coaching staff, and upholding process excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing team members, conducting reviews, partnering with HR on recruitment and development, and ensuring policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a related field; leadership experience required.
• Experience in automotive or fleet management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive process and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members and provide coaching on operational excellence and staffing utilization.
• Oversee performance metrics, annual reviews, and development planning with HR support.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, promotions, and wage/hour policies.
• Enforce company policies and coordinate with customers/vendors as needed.
• Handle multiple duties and projects as assigned.
