Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive or fleet management preferred.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned team members.
• Coach team in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, and staff utilization.
• Monitor alerts and event monitoring software.
• Assist in recruitment and interviews with HR.
• Collaborate with HR on wages and hours.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers or vendors to resolve events.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
