Job summary

Proof is seeking a Dispatch Specialist I to work remotely within the United States. You will own a territory, dispatch service-of-process jobs by connecting opportunities with independent process servers, and negotiate with clients and servers to meet SLA targets.

You will build relationships through calls, texts, and emails, document decisions, and use dashboards to identify trends and improve efficiency in a fast-paced marketplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls every day.
• Experience or ability building trust-based relationships with partners.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change.
• Proficiency with MacOS and Google Suite.
• Rapid learner—embrace new technology and procedures quickly.
