Proof is a national platform for service of process supporting thousands of law firms across the United States. A Dispatch Specialist I dispatches jobs, negotiates with clients and servers, and contributes to marketplace economics within your territory.

You will own a territory, keep queues moving, build server relationships, and use data dashboards to improve decisions while adapting to a fast-paced environment and growing professionally.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics, operations or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls daily.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with partners.
• Excellent time management and organization under deadlines.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with change.
• Proficient with MacOS and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and learn regional requirements for coverage.
• Match jobs quickly and manage your dispatch queue to meet SLA.
• Build respectful relationships with servers and clients.
