Proof is seeking a Dispatch Specialist I to own a territory and ensure timely dispatch of service of process jobs. You will match jobs to independent process servers, negotiate with clients and servers, and maintain clear records to support client satisfaction and marketplace economics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or related.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls every day.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with independent contractors or partners.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change.
• Proficiency in MacOS and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Rapid learner — embrace new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and become the subject-matter expert on regional requirements.
• Keep jobs moving and own your queue; meet SLA targets.
• Build relationships with servers; handle calls, messages, and notes.
• Communicate with clients to negotiate paths that work for everyone.
• Negotiate fair pricing and maintain pricing discipline.
• Document all client and server communications and decisions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and share improvements with the team.
• Support peers and contribute to team effectiveness.
• Use data dashboards to track performance and improve decisions.
