Proof is seeking aDispatch Specialist I to join our remote US team. You will connect job opportunities with independent contractor process servers, negotiate with clients and servers, and help shape marketplace economics in your territory.

You will own a territory, manage dispatch queues to meet SLA, build relationships with servers, negotiate pricing, and use dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls every day.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with independent contractors or partners.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change.
• Rapid learner — embraces new technology and procedures quickly.
