You will leverage data dashboards to drive decisions, improve workflows, and help the marketplace run efficiently. This entry-level role offers growth toward Specialist II and Senior levels with a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional dispatch, logistics, operations, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls daily.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with partners such as independent contractors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with frequent change.
• Proficient with MacOS and Google Workspace.
• Rapid learner and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and become the expert on regional rules.
• Match jobs quickly and manage your dispatch queue to meet SLAs.
• Build relationships with servers and negotiate options.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email to align on paths.
• Negotiate fair pricing for servers and business needs.
• Document all client and server communications and decisions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and share improvements with the team.
• Support peers and contribute to team success.
• Use data and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decisions.
