Proof is hiring a Dispatch Specialist I to operate in the United States as the front line of our marketplace. You will own your territory, match jobs to independent process servers, and negotiate pricing that balances client needs with server incentives.

You will communicate with clients and servers by phone and email, maintain records, and use data to improve workflows. This entry-level role offers growth into Specialist II and Senior levels within a fast-paced, tech-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics, operations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
• Experience building trust with contractors or partners.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency with MacOS and Google Workspace.
