Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 6+ years in a related field; or equivalent combinations.
• Minimum 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all assigned team members.
• Coach on operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, and staff utilization.
• Monitor alerts and ensure optimal system processes.
• Support recruitment and HR interfaces for hires and promotions.
• Collaborate on wages, scheduling, and employee issues.
• Deliver annual reviews and performance metrics.
