• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Coach team in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, phone metrics and staff utilization.
• Monitor alerts and ensure system processes are optimized.
• Assist in personal development, motivation, and training; conduct annual reviews.
