Cox Fleet is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a remote/hybrid team across the United States. You will oversee coaching, performance metrics, and recruitment collaboration with HR, ensuring adherence to policies and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s with 6+ years in related fields or equivalent combinations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role and experience in automotive fleets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in a related field; alternative combinations allowed (e.g., master's degree with 4 years).
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in automotive or fleet management preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Coach team on operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, efficiency, and metrics.
• Manage alerts and monitor event systems.
• Support training and personal development; conduct annual reviews and QIP.
