Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in a related field; alternative combinations possible (master's/PhD with fewer years or extensive experience).
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Automotive industry or fleet management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
• Excellent relationship building, networking, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team and adapt to change.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, efficiency, and metrics.
• Manage alerts and event monitoring software.
• Ensure system processes are maximized.
• Assist team members in development, motivation, and training.
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements.
• Collaborate with HR in recruiting and promotions.
• Interact with customers or vendors to ensure proper event handling.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
