Job summary

CPI Service in the United States is seeking a Dispatch Operations Agent for a remote, CST-based role. You will manage dispatch for national accounts, confirm locations and payment readiness, and quote Time & Material service calls.

The position requires strong customer service in a high-volume environment, with 1+ years' dispatch or call center experience and proficiency in Outlook. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, with weekend rotation every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 1+ years of dispatch or call center experience.
• Strong over-the-phone support skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Route service dispatch calls for National and Regional accounts.
• Ensure locations and payment details are up to date and customers are ready for service.
• Quote Time & Material service calls when applicable.
• Understand service levels by equipment to upsell maintenance contracts.
• Receive field calls and input part orders for service technicians.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance to customers for simple fixes.
