Job summary

SolvOne is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch to support 24/7/365 service for Petroleum Industry clients. You will handle inquiries and dispatch field technicians from a home office.

Requirements include 1 year of customer service, a reliable internet connection, company-provided equipment, and the ability to pass background checks. Bilingual is a plus. Training begins late August; pay starts at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• A strong internet connection and the ability to setup a home office with company provided equipment.
• Must be a resident of Appleton Wisconsin area.
• Have a positive attitude, great work ethic and a passion for helping others.
• Be dependable and committed to be at work on time and ready to do your best each day.
• Dedicate your full attention to your work by not providing care for others during work hours.
• Commit to superior service for our customers, and support them through both phone and computer interactions.
• Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, have strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Know your way around a computer, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
• Work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of your shift.
• Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and computer interactions and provide accurate information.
• Dispatch technicians to client locations to resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain clear records and use company software to track orders and service calls.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics while delivering top-tier customer service.
