Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, quote rates, and provide up-to-date load information.
• Coordinate loading and unloading with drivers and customers.
• Input orders accurately; attention to detail is crucial.
• Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers; vet new carrier partners.
• Monitor driver progress from pickup to delivery via dispatch systems.
• Dispatch freight daily by phone and operating systems; may work weekends rarely.
