Heartland Home Service seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and support dispatch operations. You will coordinate freight logistics, use TMS and GPS for route planning, and maintain precise customer records to ensure smooth deliveries.

Strong communication, data entry, and analytical skills are essential as you contribute to process improvements. This in-person role includes a mid-day shift from 11am to 8pm and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or dispatching.
• 1+ years of Service Titan experience preferred.
• Proficiency with TMS and GPS for dispatching and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
