Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure rapid and accurate service of process. You will claim, dispatch, and complete jobs by coordinating with servers and internal partners in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow established processes with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by contacting primary and nearby servers via Skye, map, text, phone, and email.
• Resolve unclaimed jobs due to missing information (county, zip, server names).
• Escalate issues to relevant teams when needed.
• Monitor trends in stuck jobs and report increases in repeat scenarios.
• Coordinate with servers and regional recruiters to improve coverage and reduce unclaimed areas.
