Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, dispatch orders, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You will track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

The role requires clear written and spoken communication, basic computer skills, and at least one year of dispatch experience preferred. The wage is hourly with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• One year dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules and quotas to meet customer needs.
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments.
• Track work status and provide updates; escalate issues as necessary.
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs.
• Handle and process data from multiple sources.
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation.
• Keep records of service calls and work orders.
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned.
