Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to address and resolve customer questions, move orders along, and provide the best experience. This remote position requires diplomacy and the ability to juggle priorities from any location within the United States, including North Carolina.

Responsibilities include answering tickets, handling high-volume calls, responding to emails, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to document issues and follow up on orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders.
• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and new online orders.
• Respond to emails and address questions from customers and internal departments.
• Document issues in Confluence.
• Visit court dockets for information on case filing.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
